refund policy

FOR BRANDS

All orders placed by businesses, brands and individuals for product photography will be confirmed via a paid invoice and subject to VAT. Country Content has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Please refer to our Terms of Service policy.

FOR CREATORS

All orders placed by creators should be placed via the website. A confirmation email is the method in which confirms your space on your selected shoot day.

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Country Content from shooting on a scheduled date, a new date will be scheduled or the client will be refunded, if applicable.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Country Content has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed it is then considered non-refundable.

Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”, or any other reason. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Please make your selection carefully before ordering and if you have any questions please email us.
